[Cortix cur]: Cutting temporary jobs has boosted the positive trend of SMEs

Cortix reveals that note that in this time of crisis, when French and Italian SMEs were able to maintain a positive trend, thanks to the reduction of temporary employment in 2009 that proved, in part, determined to maintain their economic viability.

This excellent report is published following the investigation conducted by the credit insurer Euler Hermes with a thousand companies (700 000 250 000 French companies and Italian companies). Although industrial production was down in a monotonous world trade, SMEs French and Italian ahead of the game from their

Agribusiness pharmacy and the drop in profitability palm

The survey also pointed to the fact that only two sectors have particularly distinguished themselves in this time of crisis: food that has experienced an economic return of 4.2% France and the pharmacy that has reached 12.6%. As for other sectors, the crisis has not favored. To be able to reduce staffing, chemicals and construction still fared respectably.

For cons, the automotive, wood and paper were much more sensitive to the effects of the crisis. Subcontractors Automotive spectators were unhappy before the slump in production has reached 35%. Cortix you pointed out that with a 80% decline between 2007 and 2009, is the wood and paper which remains the worst off in terms of its profitability.

Vienna judge the killers of Israilov

THE EXECUTIONERS an opponent of the regime of Ramzan Kadyrov could be jailed for life.

Vaha Bazayeva slowly pulls on his cigarette. Squat, gray hair, encased in a bomber jacket, this former rebel commander during the first Chechen war (1995-1996) knows that his life hangs by a thread.
In Vienna, where he sought refuge since 2004 and was granted political asylum status in visceral opponent of pro-Russian Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has earned him the wrath of the latter. His name is certainly high on its blacklist. It would include names of 300 individuals killed. Fifty of these find themselves virtual prisoners in Austria, according to an estimate of the intelligence services in Austria.
" I'm on the list " says Bazayeva, 51, smoothing the scar that adorns his right eyelid. On 27 September, three individuals have beaten in the eastern suburbs of Vienna. It was the third attack in two years, after a knife fight and a shooting in which he escaped only narrowly. His assailants, this time, had the delicacy to spare, before whispering in his ear: "Stay out Israilov trial, or we will return look after you. "
Israilov was another exiled Chechen refugee in Austria, where he was summarily executed 13 January 2009. 27 years old, this former bodyguard of Kadyrov had fled Chechnya in 2003, disgusted by the atrocities of the Head of State and his henchmen. With his father Ali, in 2006 he filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg. Of the 50,000 cases filed with the court, is the first time that Kadyrov was cited for acts of torture. Israilov will pay for this impudence.
Feeling of impunity
Three of his tormentors appear in court since Tuesday in Vienna, in the presence of Ali Israilov and Vaha Bazayeva, determined to brave the wrath of Grozny. Otto Kaltenbrunner-alias Ramzan Ali Edilov-Turpal Yecherkaïev Dadaïev and Suleiman (pictured above) are ten to twenty years imprisonment for complicity in murder and kidnapping attempt on behalf of a foreign power. The author of fatal shootings, Lecha Bogatirov, managed to flee to Russia, where requests for assistance have gone unheeded.
Kadyrov's shadow looms over the trial. The verdict, expected November 26, could trigger an international arrest warrant against the leader of the Chechen State, whose guilt has been clearly established, although the floor of Vienna has recognized the "political" discussions .
" It is time to stop the actions of the mafia , thunders Peter Pilz (below, right, with Banjaïev), Green MP expert on security and services that Austrian homeland security The BVT, have identified at least thirty " unscrupulous killers" on balance of Grozny.
"Right " Bazayeva blast, while two Russian-speakers gradually stand near the ear, not to lose a word of conversation.
In the dock, Kaltenbrunner Otto shook his head during the prosecutor's request, a grin on his lips. " These people believe that they will be paid , Vaha Bazayeva said. They believe themselves untouchable . "

Traffic uranium enriched in the Caucasus

In Georgia, trafficking of nuclear material reveals the flaws of the anti-proliferation

Hrant OHYANAN Sumbat Tonoyan and bore little resemblance to dangerous nuclear traffickers. Round face and paunchy belly, looking crestfallen, the two Armenian citizens have yet been arrested on this charge on March 11 in Tbilisi, after a storm in good and due form given to their hotel by a group of SWAT elite Georgian troops trained by the Americans. According to the British newspaper Guardian, the two men had pleaded guilty at their trial being held dans la capitale géorgienne, dans le plus grand secret. Pour la troisième fois en sept ans, de l’uranium hautement enrichi (UHE) était saisi sur le territoire géorgien, confirming the porous borders of the former Soviet Union, where 700 tons of HEU would be stored in hundreds of locations distributed throughout the territory of the former USSR. Ohyanan Tonoyan and were indeed lovers, but they received the sample of HEU from Russian hands of a very serious to him, and much more formidable Dadayan Garik, already arrested in Georgia in 2003 on similar grounds and released after two years. "Sell those already 18g, reportedly told the Dadayan intriguing, and I confide deliveries far more important . Through the cooperation of Moscow and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), headquartered in Vienna, the origin of uranium has been determined: the nuclear plant in Novosibirsk, Siberia, Dadayan where now found, boasted of having access to large quantities of HEU. The arrest of two feet Armenian nickel cast a chill in Washington. The U.S. spends two decades billions of dollars to avoid the stocks of nuclear material scattered across the former Soviet Republics falling " the wrong hands." In this case, the Islamist Al Qaeda, according to Western intelligence agencies, would seek to acquire the bomb. When he took office in January 2009, President Barack Obama had made anti-proliferation a priority of his mandate. The following April, during the Washington summit on nuclear security, he rallied fifty heads of state will secure all its stocks of nuclear material from the planet in four years. This good resolution of lead in the wing. The invasion of Georgia by Russian troops in August 2008 had already nullified attempts to secure the borders of the Caucasus, famous for volatile trafficking of nuclear material. Under a program developed by Washington and named the "second line of defense (SLD second line of defense), the United States had funded at $ 50 million fight against nuclear smuggling in Georgia trained 300 customs and police border with four posts, two ports and three airports. One question, since the summer of 2008, U.S. officials worried: the Georgian border Were they again secured? The transaction completed on 11 March more convincing the gullible: examine everything in the Caucasus on anti-proliferation. "These poor guys are they there because they are the only ones doing this kind of traffic , adds Matthew Bunn, a nuclear security expert at Harvard University, quoted by the Guardian, or because they are alone have been caught? "

Difference Between Caledonians And Picts

Wolf!

"The Beast" is back at the gates of Vienna

WOLF again stirs passions at the foot of the Austrian Alps, several decades after its almost complete disappearance of this portion of the continent. For two months, shepherds and farmers in the Land of Lower Austria, south of Vienna, concerned the return of the predator and its possible consequences for their herds of cows and sheep. September 22, Johann Steiner, a shepherd Puchberg am Schneeberg, 75 km from the Austrian capital, found nine of his sheep brutally slain and partially devoured. The suspect was eventually tracked down and eliminated on August 11. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for its part requires a national action plan to prevent the extermination of predators: a monitoring unit should be created in each Bundesland and subsidies provided to compensate ranchers for any damage caused in their herds. "Several of Länder [Austrian] today are insufficiently prepared for the possibility that predators such as herds of wolves and foxes increasingly venturing off on our territory "notes Christoph Walder, spokesman for the WWF in Vienna. The priority is to establish contact with the federations of farmers and hunters to avoid escalation, as on the Schneeberg.

The imaginary world of Josef Fritzl

"It was love"

Josef Fritzl has a hurriedly out of the prison where he languished since June 2009, after being sentenced to life imprisonment for raping and imprisoning his daughter Elizabeth for 24 years in the cellar of the family home, making it seven children, six survived. "Nightlife alive" if possible, "the Austrian 75 years, in order to" deal "of his wife, Rosemarie, with whom he was married for fifty-five. To Elizabeth, almost 3000 times abused by the victim himself, no comment, except comment choked on " love" that united the father and daughter. These comments are shocking, unreal, were collected by two journalists from the German tabloid "Bild", the first allowed to meet the septuagenarian since his incarceration in the penitentiary of Stein, 50 km west of Vienna, the correctional facility's best kept Austria. Josef Fritzl is sharing the everyday life of 900 inmates in a high security area reserved for ninety cases more dangerous. To reach him, the two reporters had to pass seven security checks. They could not meet him in his cell of 11.5 m2, but in a parlor equipped with bulletproof glass, under the supervision of armed guards fussy. " They are always beside me, for my protection ", explained Josef Fritzl, resigned. Because of its status as a sex offender, "pointer" in the argot of prison, he is at the bottom of the social ladder in the prison population, and could be murdered at any time. The old man, moreover, no longer wears his wedding ring. "It would be too risky , he ventured, with theft." Throughout the interview, Fritzl described to reporters his everyday, waking up at 5:30, the gymnastics, mini-kitchen, TV, walk in the yard, two hours scrubbing floors " as a servant, "so described without a hint of irony. His misdeeds, the sequestration of his daughter and children born of their incestuous relationship, seem secondary stored in a corner of his memory, as if the past must yield to the present and its attendant frustrations. And indeed, Josef Fritzl is not glad. With perfect aplomb, he is indignant that his children are not allowed to visit him, certainly " repressed by the authorities," just as his wife Rosemarie. That's the only explanation imaginable to justify Fritzl family member is came up to him eighteen months of isolation. Just as the eight " love letters " addressed to Rosemarie and unanswered. Like a good father repented, he counts the days until the end of the minimum sentence of fifteen years incompressible, convicted of being released for good behavior. Not sure that Elizabeth Fritzl, kept incommunicado in a house in the countryside with her six children, rejoice that deadline.
